The purpose of these pages and the terms that need separate agreement for a real engagement.
1. Reading and using this portfolio
These terms concern the visual portfolio published by QADEER HUSSAIN at Manzar e Alam Road 23, Karachi, 75300, Pakistan. The site introduces a self-directed exercise in lettering, line and spacing, plus a tool for preparing a design enquiry. Reading a project explanation does not appoint a designer, reserve time or establish a production agreement. A subject in the topic selector identifies the subject of your question. A concrete assignment needs an accepted brief and clearly identified parties, responsibilities and deliverables beyond the act of browsing these pages.
2. What the process sheets contribute
The lettering sheet examines a shared left edge, unequal line lengths and a tracking alternative. The line sheet repeats one curve and compares blue and coral treatments. The spacing sheet compares close, open and separated arrangements of the same words. These are different views of Still / Moving, one self-directed composition exercise. Their explanations discuss visible choices rather than report a customer result or prove suitability for every application. An actual use requires the intended audience, content, dimensions, environment and technical conditions to be supplied and considered in their own context.
3. Self-directed work and its presentation
Still / Moving and its process sheets were prepared for this portfolio as original digital visual material. They are not offered as evidence of a commission, launched brand, manufactured stock or released software. The words are the subject of a composition exercise, rather than the name of an invented client organisation. Construction guides, repeated lines and layout alternatives help explain the visual decisions. Captions provide that context alongside the artwork, and it remains relevant when referring to a sheet in an enquiry. A visual resemblance to another name or product does not establish affiliation, endorsement or permission to use someone else’s material in an actual assignment.
4. Enquiries do not send automatically
The website validates your name, reply email and message before preparing a draft. It displays the draft locally and offers an optional mailto link to [email protected]. No website submission, email delivery, booking, payment or reservation occurs when you press Review my enquiry. If you choose to open an email application, review its recipient, subject and body before deciding whether to send. The publisher cannot confirm receipt from the screen. Keep another appropriate route in mind if a matter is time sensitive.
5. Define an actual design assignment
A useful agreement identifies the visual problem, required outputs, supplied materials and who can approve the work. For a poster this may include size and viewing conditions; for an identity application it may include formats and permitted uses; for a screen it may distinguish visual design from software development and testing. Timing, availability, price, payment stages and responsibilities require separate acceptance. The portfolio does not contain a pre-priced package or instant booking. A locally prepared message is an invitation to discuss those points, not an authorisation to begin paid work.
6. Materials and permissions
Only supply materials you have a right to share for the proposed purpose. Explain ownership, licence limits, confidentiality needs and any restrictions on distribution before work begins. Initial enquiry text should remain brief and should not contain third-party private records, account credentials or unrestricted system access. Permission to discuss a project is not automatically permission to publish the material, include it in a public portfolio or sublicense it. Responsibility for checking supplied facts, obtaining necessary permissions and approving the final content must be assigned in the engagement.
7. Reviewing the agreed outputs
A real brief should state what will be reviewed, how feedback will be consolidated and which person may approve a direction. Consider dimensions and legibility for a poster, consistency and reproduction for a label, or layout and implementation needs for an interface. A change in audience, copy, device or intended use can alter the scope and should be discussed explicitly. Neither the small number of portfolio studies nor a chosen topic creates a promise of unlimited revisions, every file format or an unconfirmed delivery date.
8. Fees, purchases and third-party costs
No fee, stock price or paid subscription is quoted on this website. There is no shopping cart and no mechanism to collect a card number or payment credential. Any future price must be confirmed for the actual scope, currency, taxes and any applicable third-party cost before acceptance. A service provider, printer, installer, email company or software subscription is not automatically included in a quote merely because it may be relevant to the work. Do not make a payment to an address copied from an unverified message.
9. Rights in a study and a later deliverable
The visible artwork provides a reference for conversation, not a blanket licence to reproduce the portfolio commercially, register its marks or represent the concepts as your own client work. Any later commissioned deliverable needs clear terms for the intended uses, editable files, licences and third-party material involved. Confirm authority over supplied text, images and brand elements before incorporating them. A caption stating that a concept is independent should remain with an appropriate reference to it; removing that context can misrepresent what the portfolio actually shows.
10. Appropriate conduct and external services
Do not misuse the site to send threats, malicious code, bulk unsolicited messages or material you cannot lawfully share. The pages do not provide secure document storage or an emergency response channel. Your browser, network and email application operate under their own settings and terms; the publisher does not control whether they retain drafts or open a particular mail handler. A local diagram or concept does not certify compatibility with every browser, device, production process or external platform. Agree technical requirements relevant to the actual deliverable.
11. Corrections, disputes and mandatory rights
If you notice incorrect information or have a concern about a received service, describe the specific page or agreement and the correction or resolution requested. The published contact is [email protected]; opening a draft alone is not confirmation of receipt. These website terms do not exclude mandatory consumer protections, data rights or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Questions about a commissioned service must also be considered against the actual accepted scope and applicable law. Changes to website wording do not silently rewrite a previously accepted agreement.
