How browsing, a local enquiry draft and optional email correspondence handle information.
1. The publisher of this visual folio
QADEER HUSSAIN is the individual publisher of the Qadeer Hussain portfolio. The registered address is Manzar e Alam Road 23, Karachi, 75300, Pakistan. These pages show Still / Moving, a self-directed visual exercise explored through lettering, line and spacing, and offer a browser-based enquiry tool. Questions about information handled by this publisher can be addressed to [email protected]. Publishing that destination does not certify that a mailbox has been installed, that delivery succeeds or that it is monitored continuously. The portfolio, a browser draft and a later email conversation are distinct contexts for the information described in this notice.
2. Information used while browsing
The website has no login, membership account, customer profile or application dashboard. Viewing a page does not require a name, postal address, identity document or payment information. A browser nevertheless makes network requests for the requested HTML, style sheets, fonts, scripts and images. Those requests necessarily disclose connection information such as an IP address, requested path, time and browser headers to the network and hosting providers serving the page. Ordinary network delivery should not be confused with the local enquiry fields described below.
3. The details in a design brief
The enquiry asks for your name, reply email, a selected design topic and a message. Company or project information is optional. A link from a process sheet or scope can carry its subject into the topic selector; you can change it before preparing the draft. Explain the visual question and the intended format without pasting passwords, financial credentials, confidential customer records or unpublished material you are not authorised to share. There is no attachment control, account connection or repository access request. The page does not need private production files merely to organise an initial design question.
4. The on-page preview
Review my enquiry validates the current form and assembles a readable text preview in the same page. The preview includes the chosen format or general topic, name, reply email, optional project and message. This operation does not send those fields to an API or store a submission in a website database. The authored script neither creates a customer account nor writes the enquiry to cookies or localStorage. Your browser may separately apply autofill or restore a previous page under your own settings. A visible preview is therefore not proof of a received message or a durable project record.
5. Choosing to open an email application
The optional Open in email application link uses a mailto URL addressed to [email protected]. Its subject and body contain the information visible in the draft. Opening that link may give those values to your default mail application or a mail handler you have configured. You decide whether to edit, discard or send the message there. An application may save a draft under its own settings. The website cannot verify that an application opened, that a mailbox exists, or that an email reached its recipient.
6. If you decide to correspond
If an enquiry is actually received, the information in that conversation can be used to understand the request, ask questions, discuss availability and keep a record of agreed instructions. A later engagement may require its own record of scope, approvals and invoicing, which is separate from this browsing tool. Information should be limited to people who need it for the conversation or service administration. This policy does not promise that every mail provider has the same storage location, security controls, delivery rules or retention behaviour.
7. Local artwork and network delivery
The lettering, line and spacing sheets for Still / Moving are static SVG illustrations served from this domain, alongside locally hosted font files and the portfolio script. They do not contain a connected design application or analytics form of their own. Network delivery through hosting and Cloudflare can nevertheless involve access logs, security checks, performance measurement, email-address protection or other provider features. Such processing concerns page requests and delivery; it should not be confused with transmitting the enquiry values. The authored pages contain no advertising pixel, external video player, checkout, social-media feed or third-party lead-submission service.
8. Why an actual conversation may be used
If you separately send a design enquiry and it is received, its contents can help identify the format or visual problem you want to discuss. Any later use should relate to that request, the administration of accepted instructions or an appropriate obligation under applicable rules. Viewing the assembled composition or a lettering, line or spacing sheet does not provide permission to publish a visitor’s name, reuse their project details as a testimonial or enrol them in unrelated marketing. A new purpose needs an appropriate basis rather than an assumption drawn from a portfolio visit.
9. Retention and practical deletion
There is no website customer account to close and no stored form submission to retrieve from a website database. A draft remains visible in the current page until changed, cleared or the page is closed, subject to browser restoration. Actual email correspondence can remain with the participants and their providers for the period needed to handle the enquiry, document instructions or meet applicable requirements. A deletion request should identify the conversation sufficiently to locate it. A specific universal retention deadline is not asserted for providers whose arrangements are outside this website.
10. Choices and privacy questions
You can view the artwork and every process sheet without entering contact information. You can also edit an enquiry, clear the form or stop before opening an email application. For information actually held by the publisher, applicable rights may include access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, subject to their legal conditions. Use [email protected] to identify the relevant interaction and explain the request. Supply enough context to find an actual conversation without sending unnecessary identity documents. The portfolio has no user profile whose deletion would erase separate browser history or records held by an independent mail provider.
11. Security, transfers and complaints
Use a device and network you trust. HTTPS protects transport to the website but does not make email an appropriate route for passwords, sensitive files or urgent instructions. Hosting, network and email services can process information in different countries under their own arrangements. The website does not certify every external provider or promise absolute confidentiality of an unsolicited message. If you believe information has been handled incorrectly, raise the issue with the publisher or the competent data protection authority. Nothing in this policy removes rights or complaint routes available under applicable law.
12. Updates and scope
This policy describes the static pages and local draft interaction as published on 4 November 2026. If a backend submission service, account system, checkout, mailing list or other materially different feature is later added, its information handling needs to be described before that feature is relied on. An external page or application reached through an ordinary link has its own policy. Check the displayed policy when deciding what to share. A date or future update does not retrospectively turn a locally prepared draft into a submitted enquiry.
